Refund Policy

We provide refunding in such cases:

1. If an order has been made but not yet delivered.

2. You may require refund for a package that was opened or used. In this case you need to provide the copy of prescription issued by your home doctor describing your state of health after treatment with medication. As soon as we receive these documents we will fully refund your order, except for delivery charge.
